We believe you are satisfied with the purchase from us, but due to any manufacturing defect in the product, you can return the item to us in a saleable condition within 3 days of receipt, and we will issue an exchange. Unless the item is faulty or in a damaged condition, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any products as such there is no Refund Policy.
We advise using a recorded delivery service, as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when returning items to us. Please ensure your goods are securely packed and will not get damaged in transit. If the return is due to a faulty item, you will be required to provide photographic and video-graphic evidence of unpacking of the product and a copy of your receipt before a return is processed. The processing period for your exchange of product will be 14 days.
Please Note: No returns or exchanges would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios: (i) Those on SALE. (ii) Those with a DISCOUND CODE (iii)Those via international orders or (iv) Those through CASH on Delivery and (v) Those bought in EXHIBITIONS or pop ups.
DALON Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can be made for equal value products. If you are exchanging for a new item that is higher priced than the original item being exchanged, you will be charged for the difference in the price. We’ll not refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email OR SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be sent to you within 7 working days.
